Phoenix Viewer

I paid 72.00 dollars for Second life and am trying to download Firestorm and when I finally get to download the firestorm viewer it runs fine for a couple days then won't let me back into my account in Second life, why is this and then it tells me I have to unload it and reinstall it and then I play hell getting to beable to get it to come up all it says is page cannot be found or reload page no data sent would you pay that much and not get what you paid for and there is nothing wrong with my system and I don't think that that is fair to me I have missed out on a lot of things with second life and I am sick of it so could you please get it fixed cause it won't let me download it now and that is a waste of my money and have not even been able to even enjoy the game at all.
